Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a bird's-eye view of how your email marketing is performing — subscriber growth, send volume, engagement rates, and recent campaign results — all in one place.
The Engagement Toggle
At the top of the Dashboard you'll notice a toggle with two options:
- All engagement — Shows every open and click event, including those from email security scanners and corporate proxies that automatically “open” emails on behalf of recipients.
- Human only — Filters out bot and proxy traffic so you see engagement from real people.
If your open rates seem unusually high, switch to Human only for a more realistic picture. This is especially useful if you send to a lot of corporate or enterprise addresses where security tools pre-scan links.
Stat Cards
Six cards sit across the top of the Dashboard. Each one summarizes a key metric over the last 30 days:
| Card | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Subscribers | The total number of subscribers across all your lists. |
| Emails Sent (30d) | How many emails you've sent in the past 30 days. |
| Delivery Rate (30d) | The percentage of sent emails that actually reached the recipient's server. |
| Avg Open Rate (30d) | The average open rate across all campaigns in the last 30 days. |
| Avg Click Rate (30d) | The average click rate across all campaigns in the last 30 days. |
| Unsubscribe Rate (30d) | The percentage of recipients who unsubscribed after receiving an email. |
Health Indicators
Several of these cards include a small colored label that tells you how your numbers compare to healthy benchmarks:
- Green (“Healthy” or “Above average”) — You're in great shape. Keep doing what you're doing.
- Yellow (“Acceptable”) — Things are okay, but there's room for improvement.
- Red (“Needs attention” or “Below average”) — Something may need your attention. High bounce rates, low engagement, or rising unsubscribe rates can hurt your sending reputation over time.
These indicators are meant to be helpful nudges, not alarms. If you see yellow or red, check the Deliverability section for more detail on what might be going on.
Send Volume Chart
Below the stat cards, a 30-day bar chart shows your daily email send volume. This makes it easy to spot trends — like whether you're sending more on certain days of the week, or if there was a spike from a large campaign.
Recent Campaigns Table
The bottom section lists your most recent campaigns in a table with the following columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The campaign name — click it to jump straight to the full campaign report. |
| Status | A colored badge showing the campaign's current state (e.g., Sent, Sending, Scheduled, Draft). |
| Schedule | When the campaign was (or will be) sent. |
| Duration | How long the send took to complete. |
| Sent | Total number of emails sent. |
| Delivery % | Percentage of emails successfully delivered. |
| Bounce % | Percentage that bounced. |
| Open % | Percentage of recipients who opened the email. |
| Click % | Percentage who clicked a link. |
| Unsub % | Percentage who unsubscribed. |
If you haven't sent any campaigns yet, you'll see a friendly empty state with a Create Campaign button to get you started.
Tips for Using the Dashboard
- Check it after every send. Give your campaign a few hours, then come back to see how delivery, opens, and clicks are tracking.
- Use the Human only toggle when reporting to stakeholders — it gives a more honest picture of engagement.
- Watch your Delivery Rate. If it starts dipping, head over to Deliverability to investigate bounce patterns before they become a bigger problem.
